Magda Ciszewska
Nutritional Therapy

Magda is a registered nutritionist who received her Bachelor's degree from Roehampton University, specialising in fertility, hormonal and digestive health.

With a strong interest in the body's natural healing abilities, she takes a holistic approach to address health issues, focusing on identifying and addressing the root cause rather than simply treating symptoms. Her passion is to debulk the myths and misleading internet nutritional advice.

She aims to help you find the balance within you by guiding you through transformation and giving you the tools to do so.

Working with Magda typically involves several steps. First, she will conduct a thorough assessment of your health history and current symptoms to gain a comprehensive understanding of your unique needs. Next, she will create a personalized nutrition plan tailored to your specific goals and dietary preferences. This plan may include recommendations for nutrient-dense foods, supplements, and lifestyle changes.

Throughout the process, Magda will provide ongoing support and guidance to help you stay on track and make sustainable changes to your diet and lifestyle. She will also monitor your progress and make adjustments to your plan as needed to ensure that you are on the path to optimal health. In addition, she will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have along the way.
