Did you know it takes 21 days to form a new habit? Practicing Yoga daily can be a difficult discipline to keep up yet it can make the world of difference to our bodies and minds. That is why we have the 21 day challenge to keep you motivated throughout May! We hope that this will inspire you to find more time in your life to practice Yoga, try out styles of Yoga which you haven't tried before and maybe help you achieve something which will take you slightly out of your comfort zone but perhaps extend your practice a bit more.
How it works:
Attend a mix of 21 classes throughout the month of May 2018. Be sure to include a mix of flow and restorative styles to keep a good balance between Yin and Yang energy.
Why set yourself the challenge?
